Vocal Weekend Workshop
13-15 July 2007, Woodside

Calling all
members! Due to popular demand we are holding a third
weekend vocal workshop in July. Once again it will be a mix
of choral and individual tuition and singing/performance and
acting and we hope you will all come along and benefit from
the experience either as a participant or as an observer.
The weekend
will be lead once again by Ian Kennedy who as well as being
a professional singer, is a Professor of Singing at The
Guildhall School of Music and Drama and also Musical
director of a Choral Society. His knowledge of musical
theatre and classical repertoire is expansive which when
mixed with his easy personality makes for a highly
entertaining learning experience.
If you feel
you can’t manage the whole weekend but would like to come
along for part you will be very welcome. Just let me know
your availability. We will again hold a concert on the
Saturday 21st July 7.45pm to show off some of our newly
honed skills and we would welcome an audience –booking forms
will be available in the next Spotlight.
